SEND US YOUR PHOTOS
If you would like to to send us your digital images via email instead of coming into the store in person, then that is no problem either. Below are methods for you to send us your digital image files: |
Email
Things to check before sending:
• If you have cropped your image already, make sure your cropping will suit the print size required – in both shape and quality.
• Make sure email program doesn’t reduce the size and quality of your files – this can lead to less than optimal results when printed.
• Your file should be a common image format e.g. JPEG or TIFF

If you are unsure about any details, please give us a call in-store or send us an email.

Many internet service providers will only allow a maximum of 10Mb(some even less) to be sent via email, so make sure your files don’t exceed this. Send your images over a number of emails if need be.

Please let us know what you require in your email – such as sizes and quantities – we will send you a confirmation email with a ready-time for your work once we receive your email.
FTP
For professionals we have a 24/7 FTP service. If you would like to take advantage of the convenience of being able to send us large amounts of data at any time of the day, please let us know – we can set up a secure FTP account for you on our system.
We have a number of photographers using this system to streamline their turnaround times for work with us. |
